Orders are prepared for shipment after payment is successfully processed. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Available shipping methods, rates, and any delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on the destination and the options available for the order. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Tracking

Delivery Delays
Carrier delays, severe weather, high-volume periods, address issues, and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery times. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window shown at checkout, contact us and we will help review the shipment information available to us.
Incorrect Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at ltj.mindsetfiles@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.
Lost, Missing or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost, is significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and relevant details. We will review the shipment and help determine the appropriate next step. Claims may also require information or cooperation from the shipping carrier.
International Orders
If international shipping is offered to your destination, available options will appear at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees imposed by their destination unless checkout specifically states otherwise.
