Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your AFTERDARK purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, with all included components, and returned in its original packaging when reasonably possible. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, contact us at ltj.mindsetfiles@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos showing the issue so we can review the problem and make it right.
Non-returnable Items
Items that have been materially damaged after delivery through misuse, modification, or improper handling may not qualify for a return. We do not accept returns of gift cards, if offered.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund after it has been issued.
Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If we made an error with your order or the item arrived damaged or defective, contact us before returning it so we can provide the appropriate instructions.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, contact us first. When an exchange is not available, the simplest option may be to complete an eligible return and place a new order.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing or shipped.
